This is a variation of Marly Farnes' cheesy potatoes that she always brought to the Care Net Christmas parties that EVERYBODY loved! We miss you, Marly! Be sure to share your cheesy potatoes with Jesus. He'll love 'em!
2 lbs shredded potato hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken
1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar or Tex Mex cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c butter
1/4 c milk
1 t paprika
salt & pepper
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
