Gyros

1-2 packages flat bread (white or wheat), warmed
1 package gyro lamb meat, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced into thin wedges
Feta cheese, crumbled
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Caesar or Ranch dressing, optional
On the Side: Greek Pepperoncini peppers and Calamata olives or black olives

Fry lamb meat until lightly crispy. Combine ingredients in a warm piece of flat bread and enjoy!
