Gourmet Dipping Oil

1 c olive oil
½ c balsamic vinegar
5 sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated and minced
1 T garlic, minced
1 t thyme
1 t rosemary
½ t cracked peppercorns
¼ t garlic oil (optional)
Dash gray sea salt
Slices of French bread

Mix together all ingredients except French bread. Use oil mixture as a dipping sauce for the toast.
