The Best Saturday Morning Pancakes

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tb. melted butter
1tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and wet ingredients and add to dry mixture. Stir till well blended. Allow to sit about 5 min. Use a 1/4 c. scoop to pour onto griddle.

(For thinner pancakes, add more milk- for thicker add more flour.)
