Bacon Veggie Melt

1 package bacon, cooked until crispy
1 can Veg·All mixed vegetables, drained
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 loaf French bread, sliced lengthwise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place French bread halves, soft side up, on a cookie sheet. Top bread with veggies, then with bacon, and then sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 20 minutes. This dish contains all five food groups, is very fast, and very tasty!
