Egg Noodles (Very Easy!)

I use this recipe when making Lazana or needing some yummy noodles in a vegetable soup.
(If using for Lazana double the recipe)

1 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp salt

Mix ingredients. (should not be a sticky dough). Get a big pot of water w/ oil in it boiling if making Lazana. If making noodles for a soup, have the soup boiling.
Roll out and slice into small 1 1/2 inch strips for regular noodles, or long wider strips for Lazana. Drop one at a time carefully into the boiling water or soup. Allow larger, thicker noodles to cook 10 min. or more before serving. Rinse and cool Lazana noodles before layering.
