3-5 lbs chicken legs, thighs or breast pieces
2 c soy sauce
4 c water
1 c vinegar
2 T garlic powder
2 T paprika
2 T oregano
Hot cooked rice
Add all ingredients in a large pot with chicken legs, thighs or breast. Bring to a boil and simmer for ½ hour -45 minutes. Serve with steamed rice and choice of vegetables.
