This mom used to call brain food!
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal (Use gluten-free oatmeal for a gluten-free variety.)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas.
Toss into a blender and give it a good whirl. Wala!
