Sausage Gravy
After fully cooking a package of sausage patties, crumble one patty into the remaining grease in the pan. Make a Basic White Sauce by adding 2 T flour, mixing well and then gradually adding 2 cups of milk and whisking them together. Bring to a low boil; stir and simmer until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
