1/4 c lite soy sauce (Use gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free dish.)
1 T sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 t minced ginger
1/4 t minced parsley leaves
Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Marinate beef, chicken or fish 1 hour or overnight OR pour over meat in a crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
