Oriental Cabbage Salad

1 sm/med cabbage (chopped)- can also use pre-sliced broccoli stems in bag (very good!)
2 green onions chopped
1 pkg Ramen soup noodles (hold chicken flavoring)
3/4 c. honey roasted almond slices
2 Tb. toasted seasame seeds

Dressing:
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Ramen Chicken soup flavoring
1 Tb. sugar

Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour over first 3 dry ingredients and allow dressing to saturate it overnight or at least 4 hours. Add the remaining 2 dry ingredients 5 min. before serving to retain crunchiness. Serves 12 people.
