Baked Potato Soup

2/3 c butter
2/3 c all-purpose flour
7 c milk
4 large baked potatoes, peeled and cubed (4 c)
4 green onions , chopped
12 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 ¼ c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c (8 oz) sour cream
¾ t salt
½ t pepper

Make a white sauce, gradually adding milk. Add onions and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until the cheese melts. Serves 8-10.
