How to Keep Your Cookies from Sticking to the Pan

In order to keep your cookies from sticking to the pan while baking, put your cookie sheets in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes before using them.  Then, once nice and cold, remove them, drop on your dollops of cookie batter and bake.  If you are making several batches, store your extra cookie sheets in the freezer while one batch cooks and rotate.
