Cheese Sauce

1 c Basic White Sauce
1/2 c grated sharp cheddar OR 1/2 c grated Swiss cheese plus 1 T Parmesan Cheese

Add cheese to the white sauce just after it thickens. Continue stirring until cheese fully melts. Serve with vegies, chips, crackers, cooked meats, etc.... (This is a great recipe for fondue.)
