2 1/2 c flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
3 T vegetable oil
3/4 c milk
1 egg
1 c nuts
2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together; set aside. Mix wet ingredients together; add dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased bread pan for 55-65 minutes.

Great recipe. I just used it to get rid of some carrot raisen salad. I substituted the leftover salad for the bananans. I told the family it was bananaless bread. Very good. Thank you Marti.
